Music is my most favorite thing in the entire world, and I have a particular obsession with niche underground electronic bass music; specifically, drum and bass, jungle, dubstep, deep downtempo, garage, and breaks. Nothing gives me more joy than to be on a dancefloor in front of a sound system listening to artists paint time with sound. When I find sounds I love, and artists who paint with those sounds in ways that deeply move me, I sink my teeth all the way in. I need to know everything about it- who made it, where it came from, the histories and the origins, and where to find more like it. I will run down that path full speed ahead in search of more joy, and the beauty of music is that every road leads to success. I am a joy junkie- forever chasing that high and thirsting for more.

When I find something I love, I search for its community and I immerse myself in it. I dive head first into its people. I run to the people who have made their lives about this community. I show them respect and sincere, genuine gratitude. I listen to them and learn from them and ask for nothing but knowledge in return. I find ways to use the skills I have to benefit the community in any way I can. I strive to create a better world for those already in it, and to widen the door for those unaware it exists.
